During the period 2023-2025 various meetings, outreach activities, seminars and scientific publications generated within the MonitoRED network.
Meetings
Two key meetings helped consolidate collaboration, exchange results and define future lines of continuity for the network.
Held in parallel with the SAHC26 conference, this meeting allowed project partners to exchange ideas, discuss current challenges in structural monitoring and strengthen collaboration among the participating universities.
The final consortium meeting focused on reviewing the main results achieved during the project and discussing strategies to ensure the continuity of the network and future collaboration in structural monitoring.
Outreach & networking
During CMMoST25, a special session dedicated to Structural Health Monitoring brought together several contributions from MonitoRED member groups, showcasing recent advances and reinforcing the visibility of the platform.
Young researchers from the MonitoRED platform met during CMMoST25, creating a space for discussion, networking and collaboration among PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers and established research groups.
Seminars
Experimental and numerical study of damage propagation in masonry arch bridges, combining monitoring techniques with structural analysis.
Seminar focused on monitoring strategies for critical infrastructure networks, including maintenance planning and long-term assessment.
